Madhumita Chakraborty is Professor of English atZakir Husain Delhi College (Evening), University of Delhi. She has authored oredited six books and published in both national and international journals. Herareas of interest are African literatures, Literature of Indian diasporas,media and culture studies, and genre fiction. She has worked extensively in anumber of committees at both college and university level and has considerableadministrative experience.
